Complete site backups are performed twice a week on Tuesday and Saturay mornings at approximately 3am PST.All server data is backed up including mail, scripts, MySQL databases, and website files.You can request a full restore of your server by contacting our support desk.Note: We're not able to perform partial restores if you're only looking to restore a few files.
If you need to have a site restored for you, please contact the help desk with details about how far back you want the backup file to be pulled from. Site restoration services is subject to a $40 fee.
All Hyperlinked hosting plans also include access to a Website backup tool that is part of your Hosting Control Panel to allow you to perform your own back-ups and and restores. Backups performed with this tool do not cover MySQL databases, so please remember to run regular exports of important database data separately.
