Mail User Control Panel

Users who have a mailbox set-up on your site can access a special control panel that allows them to control settings for their mail account like spam filter settings and auto response messages. The user control panel also allows users to perform data backups for email and files stored in their personal directories. Note: You can only backup user data through the user control panels. Site backups must be performed by logging into the hosting control panel.

Users can use their user control panel to do the following:

• Change account and email password
• Designate a forwarding address for email
• Create alias email addresses for their mailbox
• Adjust the sensitivity and blocking actions of their spam filter
• Backup email and other data stored on the server
• Check their storage space usage
